How Delivery Works

We make meal prep simple, reliable, and convenient.

Delivery Schedule

All deliveries are made on Sundays.

To receive your meals for Sunday delivery, orders must be placed by:

Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon)

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the following Sunday delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select areas within our service region. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.

Delivery Windows

Deliveries are completed within designated delivery windows to ensure freshness and efficiency. You will receive updates when your order is:

Confirmed
Out for delivery
Delivered

Packaging & Freshness

All meals are:

Freshly prepared
Sealed for quality
Packed to maintain freshness during delivery

Meals should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Contactless Delivery

For convenience, deliveries are typically contactless. Orders may be left:

At your front door
Apartment lobby/front desk
Other safe delivery location provided in your delivery notes

Delivery Instructions

Please include any important delivery notes during checkout, such as:

Gate codes
Apartment numbers
Preferred drop-off location
Parking instructions

Missed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect information or inaccessible locations, we will attempt to contact you. Redelivery may require an additional fee.
